Meditation התבודדות Meditation התבודדות is the process when the power of your prayers כח התפילה, together with the opening up of your soul to "GOD" and Divine Intervention סייעתא דשמיא all collectively come together in the highest form of spiritual communication with the Eternal Divine spiritual realms and give your soul all the answers it needs in Meditation התבודדות. The true meaning of "meditation" is when you SYNC your mind and thoughts with your true higher spiritual soul. A true meditation is when the "whole you" is exactly in harmony with yourself; you are and you're doing exactly what your destiny is requiring you to do.
